Please SAVE THE DATE for our upcoming fundraiser, "Derby Afternoon Soiree."  This fun event will take place on May 1 from 4:00 - 8:00 at Old Elkton Farm.  Guests will enjoy live music, delightful food, and festive beverages.  Proceeds will benefit both Couples & Kids and the Junior League of Greater Lynchburg.

Helping Kids Manage Anger

What is it?

Chill Out is a 6 week anger management program for boys.

When is it?

Tuesday Evenings  

Elementary Ages-5:30-6:30

Adolescent Ages 6:45-7:45

How much is it?

No registration fee.  $25 per session

Medicaid accepted

Identifying Problem Situations and Triggers

De-Escalating Anger   

Positive Anger Expression 

Assertiveness

Negative Effects of Anger
