Healthy Anger

Couples & Kids’ Anger Management Program will help you:

discover what triggers your anger

learn how to appropriately express your anger

control your angry behaviors

learn what you can do to decrease the frequency and intensity of your angry feelings

communicate more effectively

deal effectively with angry people

 

Classes meet for 6 sessions on Wednesdays at Noon.  $20 registration fee, $20 per class.
